Status Badges in conversations 🚀

To make managing conversations easier and give more clarity about the moment of each one, we added Status Badges.

You can now quickly identify which stage each conversation is in:

• 🔴 Waiting for first contact: the contact came in but has not received the first reply yet.
• 🟡 Waiting for analyst reply: the customer replied and is waiting for the team.
• 🔵 Waiting for contact reply: the analyst replied and the conversation is waiting for the customer.
• 🟣 Internal transfer: the conversation was transferred between team members.

The indicators appear directly in the conversation list, helping prioritize conversations, organize the reply flow and avoid contacts left without a reply.

The feature is already available and enabled for all customers.
