Five years solving customer service problems — across real estate, healthcare, education and, since 2024, short-stay rentals.
New Byte launches in April, focused on omnichannel customer service for enterprises. Before there was a short-stay product, there was deep technical expertise in corporate communications.
We served real estate (Crédito Real), healthcare and education (Revista Exame, Faculdade Exame), building the technical base we'd later bring to the short-stay market.
We identified a chronic service and payout problem in the sector and started with the basics: WhatsApp notifications and owner-payout automation.
Stays integration, entering the national short-stay market, evolving the omnichannel ecosystem for hosts and sponsoring the Airbnb Summit — the biggest event in the sector worldwide.
Strategic bet on customers with up to 20 properties, evolving partnerships with Stays, Ayrton and ABLT, and continued investment in industry events.
