NDocs: customization per service channel 🚀
NDocs now has the per-channel customization extension. You can set specific variations of context and answers for WhatsApp, Airbnb and Booking.
Examples of what you can configure per channel
- Different payment methods
- Each platform's own rules
- Booking confirmations
- Commercial terms exclusive to each channel
There is no need to enter the General Information again. Just add, within each channel, only what is exclusive to that environment.
Important: you need to ask support to enable this feature for your company.
