Grammar correction before sending ✍️

Supporting guests means writing fast, often between one task and the next. Typos and agreement errors slip through, and the message that reaches the guest is the face of the operation. In the previous version of NChat, one click corrected the grammar of the text before sending. The button had not made it to V4, and those who used it missed it. It is back.

What changes

The grammar correction button is back, in the same position and with the same behavior as in the previous version.
With the OpenAI integration enabled on the account, it appears in the chat.

How it works in practice

Write your reply in the chat as usual.
Click the grammar correction button: the typed text is corrected.
Send the message as always.

It helps the agent who writes a reply in a hurry and wants to send clean text, and anyone who prefers a check before sending a longer message, such as an explanation of the house rules.

Conditions

The button appears when the OpenAI integration is enabled on the account.
It only corrects the grammar of the text. Translation, tone change and summarization are not part of this feature.

Available in NChat V4. V4 is activated by the implementation team: request yours through NDesk.
