August 2026 fixes

Four fixes closed in August: two in the NCollect guest form, one in conversation reading in NLearn and one in the NChat app.

NCollect

Photo that could not be read: on an unstable mobile network, the document photo sometimes arrived corrupted, and the guest only saw a generic warning asking to try again, which did not solve it and even disappeared on the next attempt. Now the failed photo stays in the list, with a thumbnail and the reason for the failure (photo that could not be read, size or format not accepted), and the option to remove it or, when it was a connection failure, try again. In Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Blank optional field: in a form with an optional additional field (text, number, list or date), leaving the field empty made the Submit button on the review step unresponsive, with no message at all. Now the submission goes through, and any error takes the guest to the field with the problem or shows a notice. A required field still blocks submission.

Team agent labeled as AI: when opening a conversation in NLearn, a message written by a team agent appeared labeled as an AI agent. Fixed.

Account list: the list of accounts available to the user did not scroll. Fixed.
