Document checked, booking marked ✔️
Until now, the booking in NCollect only had the status tag. You could see whether the registration was in progress or completed, but not whether someone on the team had looked at the document and given the okay. That "already checked" lived in the head of whoever checked it, in a message group or in a spreadsheet on the side. Now, inside the booking, the host can mark the document as approved, and undo it if needed. A document tag appears next to the status, in the booking details and in the booking list.
What you get
- A record, in the booking itself, that the document was checked.
- The tag in the list shows at a glance which bookings have already been checked.
- It can be undone, in case the mark was set by mistake.
How it works in practice
The morning team opens the bookings with check-in this week, checks the documents that arrived and marks each one as approved. In the afternoon, someone else opens the list and sees right away what still needs checking, without asking anyone. On the eve of check-in, the question "did anyone look at this document?" no longer exists.
Good to know
- It is the host's check: NCollect does not validate the document automatically. There is no automatic reading or CPF validation.
- The tag is independent of the status and does not block the booking's progress. A booking can be completed even without the document approved.
- The feature is turned on or off by the host, in the company settings, with no need for support. When off, the button and the tag are not shown.
