Nia knows who has already sent their document ✅

A booking with four guests, check-in tomorrow, and the question that lands in the conversation: "is everything in order with the documents?". Until now, Nia could not answer that. The question went to the team, who opened NCollect, checked guest by guest and came back to the conversation. With several bookings in the same week, that turns into a queue of small checks nobody wanted to do.

The Support AI now checks NCollect. When the conversation is about the booking's documents, it answers whether all guests have already sent theirs.

What changes

• If everything is in order, it confirms.
• If someone is missing, it says which guests have not sent theirs yet.
• The team stops being the go-between for the conversation and NCollect on this question.

How it works

1. The guest asks whether the booking's documents are already in order, or says they have just sent theirs.
2. Nia checks NCollect and answers right in the conversation.
3. If someone is missing, the guest already knows who needs to send and can sort it out with the group before check-in, without your team stepping in.
